Landscapes are territories taken up by the inputs and outputs of organisms, institutions, cities and ways of life that challenge our existing capacity to comprehend and make order. Monoclimax Model uses research on foam metabolism in mealworms to process a small percentage of the Harvard Graduate School of Design's blue and white foam waste. The tanks were built over the course of two weeks and filled with 9,000 worms ordered from Amazon Prime. The packaging that the worms came from became a part of the exhibit, which included seven different tanks made of crowd-sourced plexi, piled into a monument of waste from the school.
